Flatfair, which describes itself as the UK’s fastest-growing tenancy deposit alternative, has been shortlisted in the Best Newcomer category of the 2019 RESI Awards.
Organised by industry publication Property Week, the awards on May 15 bring together key residential sector figures including developers, landlords, house builders, investors, agencies and local authorities.
The Best Newcomer award recognises an organisation which has been set up within the past three years. A company that has shown innovation, and secured landmark deals, delivering a strong financial performance.
Since starting up two years ago, flatfair says it has saved tenants over £2m in upfront costs and has established partnerships with key Build To Rent players including Places for People and Greystar, as well as large lettings agency Spicerhaart.
