SDL Property Partners, which describes itself as the industry’s first property management franchising scheme, is pushing for new members.
Its training has been given a revamp and will be delivered at a lower cost, while new franchisees will be able to choose their own area without the restriction of territories.
The scheme currently has 17 franchise territories, with 3,000 units under management.
It says two franchises have secured over 700 units within the last 12 months and another has secured over 1,000 units.
