Savills has launched a new residential lettings service in one of the country’s most successful buy to let and investment locations - Edinburgh.
“The opening of our first Scottish city lettings operation is an exciting addition to our Savills UK Lettings business” explains Jane Cronwright-Brown, head of UK residential lettings.
Charles McCosh has been appointed head of the new team, which will specialise in the letting and management of flats, townhouses and family homes.
He spent seven years running offices in London with Marsh & Parsons before returning to Edinburgh in 2017 to join Rettie & Co.
McCosh will also be working with Savills’ Build To Rent and residential development teams, and says: “Savills UK has a network of successful lettings businesses, all of which benefit from the support of tried and tested systems and procedures. With this support in place, I aim to bring a comprehensive, proactive and fresh approach to Edinburgh’s burgeoning rental market, on behalf of landlords and tenants alike.”
