Multi-brand PropTech group targets students ‘through rental cycle’

A PropTech platform launched three years ago acting as a search system for students wanting purpose-built accommodation is evolving into a large service which, in its words, wants to help students ‘throughout the rental cycle’.

StudentStay, set up in 2016, is now part of something called the LetsGo Group, which also consists of a platform called LetsGo Living. 

The brands will focus on student and young professional tenants and “will champion key housing solutions including Built To Rent properties, co-living schemes and purpose-built student accommodation.”

It says that in addition to helping locate accommodation it will offer a range of other concierge-style services including global shipping, storage and guarantor facilities. 

A launch statement says this will allow “students [and] young professionals [to] have access to all the resources they need at a variety of key life stages, via new partnerships and integrations bringing everything together with ease.”
