Three acquisitions bolster business for fast-growing Martin & Co branch

The owners of Cardiff’s branch of national sales and lettings agency Martin & Co have more than doubled their managed portfolio of rental units through two acquisitions and the purchase of another Martin & Co branch.

Martin & Co Cardiff acquired independent agent Cardiff Homes, before recently completing on the acquisition of Cardiff Residential Estates.

As well as their two acquisitions, Martin & Co Cardiff owners Mike Shrubshall and Henry Mitchell also purchased Martin & Co’s Merthyr Tydfil branch in a re-sale.

Shrubshall, who has been trading at Martin & Co Cardiff for almost a decade having previously owned a publishing and marketing business, appointed Mitchell as sales and lettings director last year.
