Cobbletons - a portal dedicated to advertising only prime off-market properties - has teamed up with the lettings division of high end London agency Chestertons.
Subscribers to the Cobbletons site will be offered what it calls ”a competitive rate of commission” and will have a contact person within the Cobbletons team who will liaise directly with Chestertons.
“We have always said we wanted to facilitate lettings and feel that the best way to do this is by choosing a well-respected firm. We are very excited to be teaming up with Chestertons as our sole partner on lettings” according to Michael Antonio, who set up Cobblesons after eight years experience as an estate agent - four of them at Knight Frank.
