For a cool £1,153 a week you would expect a flat, even in pricey central London, to come with some perks.

A studio flat in Marylebone advertised on Rightmove by high-end agency Chestertons has some spectacular features like dark oak flooring, Lutron lighting and underfloor heating plus posh communal elements such as a 24/7 concierge, valet parking, a 25 metre pool, a red cedar sauna and a private residents lounge.

But this particular property has something else – a chauffeur driven Bentley which will take you anywhere in central London.  

According to Rightmove’s property expert Miles Shipside: “Talking up perks to help sweeten a deal is nothing new, but being chauffeur-driven around the capital in a Bentley is some sweetener! Living in this part of London is pretty glamorous as it is, but I’m sure the prospect of such a luxurious bonus will turn quite a few heads.”
