A five branch lettings and sales firm is the latest agency to sign up to love2move, a PropTech platform that allows traditional firms to go head-to-head with online rivals.

Hill & Clark covers Boston, Spalding, Holbeach, Skegness and Bourne.

It was founded in 2000 by managing director Paul Clark and offers its clients a traditional residential and commercial sales and lettings service; now it says it’s become a fully-hybrid operation by being able to offer customers a dedicated online sales process.

The love2move service partners with existing traditional agencies and allows users to manage large parts of the process themselves with the option of upgrading to the full High Street service if necessary.

The online option includes advertising on Rightmove and Zoopla, as well as professional photographs and a property brochure, all done through the love2move platform.

The addition of Hill & Clark takes love2move’s network to more than 40 independent, often family-owned, single and multiple location high street agent operators in the UK.

Co-founder Georgina Cox says: “Welcoming Hill & Clark into the love2move network is a great way to celebrate our third anniversary. It is a great example of the forward-thinking agents that recognise that providing its clients with a choice of selling options, including fixed price online sales, can create more sustainable businesses.
