London agency Keatons has acquired a nearby independent rival, JD Property.

JD Property’s staff have already been relocated into Keatons existing office in Deptford.

This is Keatons’ third acquisition in three years and now takes its portfolio to over 2,500 managed properties.

The company has offices located across East, North and South East London and says it will acquire more agencies in the capital.

Co-founder Kye Wheatley says: “Letting acquisitions form part of our plan to expand our portfolio to 5,000 properties within four years.”
