Three more agencies have signed up to the ESTAS customer review platform.

The arrival of Newton Fallowell, Lovelle and Goodchilds – all part of the Belvoir Group – brings almost 60 new branches to the platform.

ESTAS Group founder Simon Brown says: “We are delighted to welcome three brands of this calibre, especially in these challenging times. It proves to us that ESTAS can save agencies money whilst still giving them a great marketing tool to promote their service and motivate teams with the chance to be recognised at the ESTAS Awards.”

The review platform powers the ESTAS Customer Service Awards which recognise the best agents, conveyancers, mortgage advisors to the residential property industry.

Winners are selected entirely on the review scores from customers who have experienced the full service delivery from their property professional. The ESTAS Group says its strict verification process – which includes a digital and human audit – ensures reviews are genuine and can be trusted by customers.

“What attracted me was the ability to generate Google Reviews at the same time. It also gives the teams something to aim for as we strive to deliver the service we’ve always been so proud of. To be recognised at The ESTAS Awards next year would be a great way to put this difficult time behind us” explains David Newton, IT and marketing director at Belvoir Group.

“As working from home becomes the norm for most of us over the coming months agency websites have become the only shop window, it’s critical they make sure their website is engaging. We know that quality customer reviews are more important than ever in attracting new clients both now and when the market returns” says ESTAS sales director Ben Marley.
