Victoria says: “Create a morning routine. Set a time to sit down at your desk and ensure you are up and ready to get going at that time. Do what you would usually do in the morning before this time, whether that’s having breakfast, making a cup of coffee, taking your dog for a walk or exercise. This will get you started each day.”
