New ESTAS tool allows agents to integrate reviews into websites

The ESTAS has launched a new tool which it says will help agents get in pole position for when the market returns after the Coronavirus crisis finally ends.

“The next few months are going to be tougher than ever but it’s also important that agencies keep their brands on the public’s radar so that when we do eventually get through this period they are in a strong position to take advantage of any upturn” explains ESTAS founder Simon Brown.

“With working from home becoming the norm for most of us over the coming months agency websites have become their only shop window, it’s critical they make sure their website is generating engagement. To this end displaying good quality customer reviews are more important than ever in attracting new clients when the market returns.”

Ben Marley – recently named as ESTAS sales director after joining from review website Feefo – adds: “To help our agents we have fast tracked two new tools which are available free of charge to existing agents for the rest of their subscriptions. Agents can now benefit from their reviews being displayed on their website with our new ESTAS review integration widget and also generate Google reviews through their ESTAS reviews.”

He says that with the addition of the free tool agents can “manage their costs whilst maintaining a full independent customer review strategy.”
