The Federation of Independent Agents has revealed four new PropTech and training strategic partnerships for member agencies.
They are Inventory Base, Vaboo, Stich and Paul Long’s Facebook coaching.
“One of the benefits of FIA membership is that we continue to scout the suppliers market, we look for products and services that can add value to our member agents including what I call useable proptech along with general services that drive new business, improve efficiencies and save time” say Graham Lock, FIA founder.
On Inventory Base, Lock says: “Saving time and reaching consistency is high on the list of priorities for letting agents so naturally I’m happy to have agreed to a partnership with Inventory Base. Their platform is easy to use and ticks all of the boxes. Our members will also benefit from an exclusive rate for the first 12 months of use.”
And he continues: “Our partnership with Stitch provides a subsidised solution to using WhatsApp for business. Many agents are now using WhatsApp but most of them are breaching the terms of the platform by using their personal mobiles and not gaining customer consent.
“Stich is the ideal solution to this problem, they have translated the official WhatsApp for business API into a clean, easy to use interface where multiple users can chat to customers in one of the most popular ways in the modern era.”
On Paul Long’s Facebook coaching, Lock states: “I’m thrilled that the FIA will now have its very own Facebook ads training page powered by Paul Long which will be exclusive to our members, in addition to subsidised rates for Paul’s paid plans which enable agents to unearth the power of this popular platform.”
And of Vaboo, Graham Lock says it offers a unique tenant perks platform that FIA member agents will have highly subsidised access to.
“It’s a great way of attracting tenants and landlords to their agencies.”
Lock concludes: “It’s an exciting time for the FIA and our independent members, there’s a real opportunity to grow market-share right now and we’re moving at a fast pace to ensure that all of our agents are well-placed to benefit.
“We continue to look at the vast range of products and services available to the industry and will adopt those that we feel will improve our members’ businesses with suitable commercial terms that reflect those of a larger group.”
