Proptech platform Residently claims its technology is now “free to the property sector.”

The platform currently offers a contactless rental process which it says reduces the time required from first virtual viewing to a signed lease down to just five minutes.

As part of its Covid-19 makeover it now offers additional option services, such as a deep clean as part of the digital move-in process.

Ancillary services ranging from fitness classes to prescription pick-up and furniture renting is also available via the app.

“It’s never been more important for renters to feel ‘at home’ and cared for. We hope that by making our platform free, we can partner with companies across the industry to support their residents during this time” says Residently chief executive Tom Allason.

Residently has also partnered with residential management firm Touchstone to support the national roll-out of the platform.
