Another independent agency snapped up as consolidation goes on

Todays other news

Hampshire independent agency Harcourts Property Agents in Southampton has been acquired by another independent, Beal’s.

Harcourts has over 35 years experience in the industry; Beal’s will retain the staff and says it will have a ‘business as usual’ approach as offices integrate.

”With a lot of uncertainty over the last few months for many companies, including estate, and lettings agents, Beal’s have shown that their 25 years’ experience has helped them go from strength to strength” explains partner Daniel Tait.

“This acquisition of Harcourts shows our confidence in the lettings and block management market and will only add to our ongoing proposition which includes sales, financial eervices, conveyancing, surveying, and land & new homes” he adds.

While continuing to celebrate 25 years of trading, Beal’s says it’s still looking to expand by purchasing “more quality businesses.”
