ARLA Conference postponed again until April

Todays other news

The Association of Residential Letting Agents has postponed its conference – for a second time.

Back in March it was postponed until September 2 but with Coronavirus continuing to play havoc with large scale events, this later date, too, has been postponed.

It’s now to be held on April 27 2021 – virus permitting.

A statement from ARLA Propertymark over the weekend said: “We have worked closely with the venue, ExCel London, and our sponsors and exhibitors and the safety of all involved remains our highest priority.

“A team from multiple departments at ARLA Propertymark work together throughout the year to plan and deliver our biggest national event. The decision to postpone is very disappointing and we appreciate that this delay is frustrating for all those planning to attend.

“We want to thank all of our exhibitors and sponsors for their patience and we look forward to collaborating with them on our new date.

“We can confirm that all existing conference registrations will be automatically transferred to the new conference date. If you have booked places at the conference on behalf of your colleagues and not provided their contact details, please pass this information on and refer them to the website.”

ARLA also advises people with booked accommodation to either check their cancellation policies or see if hotels close to the venue are offering flexibility to move the booking dates without penalty.
