Deposit alternative service flatfair has launched a special offer deal with new property portal Homesearch.

Agents who sign up to the flatfair platform will have the Homesearch Network for their branch for 12 months for free – a saving of £155 per month.

Sam Hunter, chief operating officer of Homesearch, says: “Part of our long-term mission is to make the property market the best environment for everyone involved, which is why I’m so excited about this partnership. It really is a solution that helps not just letting agents, but landlords and renters too.”

The offer was launched yesterday and was available to the first 250 branches signing with flatfair; the next 750 branches to join the platform will have 50 per cent of their Homesearch Network subscription paid for 12 months.
