The Widnes branch of franchise firm Martin & Co has grown its business by almost a quarter after acquiring a local independent agent.
It’s taken on almost 100 properties from Rent 2 Go Properties in the Cheshire town, taking its own managed portfolio beyond 500.
Director Amanda Hember says: “The Rent 2 Go acquisition will be absorbed within our current structure at the Widnes office and will definitely enhance our business going forwards as well as benefiting our customers.”
This is Hember’s fourth acquisition in seven years operating the office.
