Knight Knox has unveiled a new property investment website as it marks its 16th anniversary.

The new site features the tagline ‘property investment made simple’, and according to the company has been designed with the latest software technology and custom programming to optimize both laptop and mobile functionality.

During its 16 years in business, Knight Knox has launched over 100 developments with a total value of around £1.2 billion and sold over 110,000 properties to over 5,500 individual buyers in more than 110 countries.

It has also created sister companies Intus Lettings, yieldit and Qualis Developments.

Intus Lettings was created to let and manage properties on behalf of investors, and now operates nationwide with a new Sheffield office opening imminently. Yieldit focusses on the sale of tenanted properties while Qualis is Knight Knox’s in-house property development arm.

“In conjunction with re-designing the website, we also decided to give our brand a re-fresh. The Knight Knox brand is well known in the industry, but it was felt that a more modern, minimalistic design would reflect the status of the company” says marketing manager Samantha Jones.
