A survey by two PropTech firms wants to know how agents are coping with the pandemic.

Fixflo and MRI Software have launched a survey to find out how agents have been affected; it aims to collect responses covering the effects the crisis has had already and how agents are preparing for 2021 and beyond.

The organisers say they hope results from the anonymous survey will reveal what the most resilient agencies are doing to adapt and how the industry can stay COVID-secure while maintaining profitability.

Findings from the survey will be presented in a forthcoming report which respondents can view later this year.
