Hybrid lettings agency Accommodation is launching a drive to recruit agents in 10 regions across the UK.
The company says this is in response to “huge growth” over the past six months.
The firm says it provides all agents with “market leading training, marketing support, lead generation and cutting edge software to ensure they have everything required to outperform the competition” in their region.
Accommodation slams the existing lettings agency sector as “complex and archaic” and claims the pandemic has highlighted these historical issues.
A statement from the firm says: “Many landlords are therefore seeking a simpler solution that reduces costs, and this has seen the move from the traditional agency” to the likes of Accommodation.
And chief executive Aaron Short adds: “The rapid expansion of the business over the last six months is testament to the team’s hard work and highlights that our hybrid tech and on the ground expert solution is a popular solution as it reduces costs and makes the letting process easier for everyone involved.”
And he concludes: “Due to the great success of our current agents we are expanding additional territories with our winning formula.“
