An office of CJ Hole, one of the High Street brands of The Property Franchise Group, has snapped up an independent agency in its fifth acquisition.

Business owners Peter and Rani Grieve, who run CJ Hole’s Worcester branch, are expanding their operation by taking over Allan Morris Lettings Droitwich Ltd.

Allan Morris’s portfolio of over 150 managed properties are spread throughout Droitwich, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Stourport, Bewdley, Kidderminster and Barnt Green.

“We are delighted with this strategic acquisition which takes us into new areas, presenting excellent opportunities for future organic growth and further acquisition” say the couple.

Head of Franchising Penny Sanders adds: “Congratulations to Peter and Rani on yet another acquisition. This is their fifth acquisition across their offices and takes their total portfolio to almost 1,000 fully managed properties.”

TPFG says it has “a growing list of franchisees” keen to take over other independents.
