Entrants for the 2021 ESTAS Customer Service Awards have only until December 31 to sign up.

Founder Simon Brown says: “The bounce back in activity since the first lockdown has been extraordinary and staff across the UK have worked tirelessly to help their customers this year. ESTAS is all about recognising the huge efforts of those teams putting the spotlight on excellent customer service. We also know 2021 is going to be a challenging year so firms need to think very carefully about how they will stand out from the competition.”

Signing up to ESTAS also includes full use of the ESTAS customer review platform which includes Google review and social media tools.

Brown continues: “Winning an ESTAS Award sends a clear signal to potential clients that a firm is committed to delivering the best customer service they possibly can. It’s also a great way to motivate and focus staff on service levels in what is going to be a tough marketplace especially after the stamp duty holiday closes at the end of March.”

The awards ceremony is scheduled to be on Friday June 11 in London.

Brown says “With the vaccines on the way the government has indicated Easter at the beginning of April will be the time when things will start to get back to normal so two months on we are extremely confident we’ll be able to meet up to celebrate at last. It will be a fantastic occasion where we can all say a huge thank you to all hardworking teams around the UK.”
