Congratulations from all of us at Letting Agent Today to four students at Propertymark Qualifications who have attained a distinction in their Level 4 Certificate in Residential Letting and Property Management.

This is one of the highest-level achievements awarded by Propertymark Qualifications.

Frances Boyt, Naomi Murdoch, Melissa Knox and Mikolaj Jachowicz were each able to achieve an average 70 per cent across all their work and exams to achieve their standout final grade.

“We appreciate that it’s been a challenging and difficult year for all, both at home and work, but what has shone through during this time is the commitment from agents to professional development and the pursuit of qualifications” explains Michael Smith, head of Propertymark Qualifications.

“There aren’t many candidates that achieve Distinction, so in the absence of this year’s annual Propertymark Qualifications Awards event, we wanted to take the opportunity to spotlight their success and celebrate their achievements” he continues.

And Tim Balcon, the new chief executive of Propertymark, comments: “One of my key targets is to raise the professional status of property agents so they are looked at in the same light as other professionals. One of the most effective ways we can do this is by increasing the number of qualified agents across the country.

“As recently qualified Level 4 students, Frances, Naomi, Melissa and Mikolaj will serve as exceptional role models for a highly qualified profession and are leading the way in raising their professional profile.”
