The manager of an agency in West Lothian has bought the franchise for the office she’s run for the past six years.
Antoinette Orr’s property career began as an administrator for a large agency, before she worked as a negotiator at another firm, and then joined Martin & Co Bathgate.
“I’ve gained an in-depth knowledge of the business and take great pride in the relationships I’ve built with landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers. The next step of becoming the franchise owner was a natural progression for me” she says.
