Leaders `Romans Group has snapped up the scottfraser lettings and sales business.
scottfraser has four Oxford offices and a fifth in Witney, 13 miles west.
Following LRG’s acquisition of QB Management in 2014, Leaders already has an Oxford office, but all the newly-acquired scottfraser offices will retain their original branding.
LRG is taking over all 67 employees while the owners of scottfraser will leave the business following completion, but remain as consultants.
All of the senior management team will remain with the business to ensure a smooth transitional process.
Leaders Romans Group mergers and acquisitions director Matt Light says: “We are confident that business will continue as normal for our acquired scottfraser clients, and that they will continue to benefit from the excellent customer service that they have come to know and expect.”
Light says LRG is continuing to look at other business owners who want to quit the sector.
