PropTech platform teclet is offering letting agents that list with OnTheMarket a three month trial offer of a digital inventory service.
One of teclet’s integrated suppliers is Kaptur, an app that allows agents to produce inventories and carry out property inspections, check ins and check outs without duplicate data entry.
Kaptur was developed by inventory specialist No Letting Go.
Photography is embedded directly into reports with time and date stamping, so no additional uploads are necessary. The reports can then be added to a document centre within teclet, providing instant visibility for landlords and tenants as well as for the agent and property manager.
Agents on OnTheMarket can receive the reports - inventory check ins, property visits and check outs - free of charge during a three month trial period and subsequently, if the letting was initiated via teclet during that three months.
Just before Christmas, OnTheMarket bought a 20 per cent share in Glanty, the operator of lettings platform Teclet, for £797,000.
OTM also agreed an option to buy the remaining 80 per cent at a later date for £1.5m and also pay off Glant’s debts of £1.4m.
