30-year-old agency ‘de-merges’ to operate independently again

A husband and wife lettings and estate agency in Chichester is re-launching as its own operation, separately from the firm it had merged with four years ago.

Hancock and Partners, originally founded in 1991, merged with Tod Anstee in 2016; now it’s operating independently again.

A message on the firm’s website says that the ‘born again’ agency will have a new managing director and sales director.

“We are thrilled to re-launch Hancock and Partners with a fresh, modern outlook based on a solid foundation of local experience and knowledge. This is an exciting new chapter for Hancock and Partners, the next step in a 30-year journey shared with our customers old and new” say the couple.
