Repairs and maintenance management software provider Fixflo is hosting a webinar later this week to debate how letting agents can find their way through the Coronavirus regulations now that the rental market has returned.
Joining Fixflo managing director Rajeev Nayyar is David Cox, the chief executive of ARLA Propertymark; David Smith, a partner at JWW Solicitors; and Greg Tsuman, lettings director at the London agency Martyn Gerrard, who is also a long-standing regional rep for ARLA.
The panel will consider the new regulations and government guidelines recently introduced and offer practical advice on working safely, efficiently and in a compliant manner in this transitional period.
