Automated lettings and management platform teclet has announced a new inventory solution with No Letting Go and its Kaptur inventory app.
Kaptur enables agents to produce inventories and carry out property inspections, check ins and check outs without the need for duplicate data entry. Photography is embedded directly into reports with time and date stamping, so no additional uploads are necessary.
The reports can be added to the document centre within teclet, and the inventories can be added to the move in pack.
Justine Tomlinson, head of operations at No Letting Go, says: “Those agents and property managers using the teclet platform can now benefit from greatly enhanced and automated services, enabling agents to generate more revenue, reduce administration and costs and deliver better services to clients and customers.”
And teclet’s commercial director John Evans adds: “We share the same ethos of delivering excellence through great use of technology and, alongside our other partner suppliers, we are delivering an automated, customer facing platform that is enabling agents to improve service, make money, save time and ensure compliance.”

Agents and Landlords doing the their own inventories are on borrowed time, in the near future inspections will have to be carried out by independent clerks to avoid any chance of bias.
Glad to see the moderators act quickly to stop this (c)rap - NOT.
