Leaders Romans Group has acquired another lettings agency – the fourth lettings-led acquisition this year.
This time it is Guardian Residential Lettings that has been snapped up; the firm is based in Harlow, Essex, just 15 miles from EuroLet in Bishop’s Stortford, which LRG acquired a few weeks ago.
Guardian Residential Lettings has one branch which will be rebranded to become Leaders Harlow shortly.
All of the current staff will remain with the business.
Matthew Light, group mergers and acquisitions director, comments: “We are thrilled to be welcoming the Guardian team to the LRG fold. Guardian has built up a highly reputable business that has provided outstanding personal service to the local community for more than 20 years. This on-the-ground expertise is a real asset to LRG as we grow our presence in the area.”
In addition to the Essex takeovers, LRG has also expanded in the East Midlands by acquiring Lincolnshire-based Hill & Clark, which has physical offices in Boston, Spalding, Holbeach and Bourne along with a virtual branch in Skegness.
Last month LRG announced it had bought 13-branch independent Gibbs Gillespie for an undisclosed sum; this was Leaders’ largest acquisition to date and includes branches across Middlesex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
