Affordable homes provider Auxesia Homes has appointed residential management firm Touchstone to handle its entire mixed tenure portfolio. 

Auxesia offers affordable shared ownership, rental and rent to buy across the North West, has a portfolio of 89 properties which will now be managed by Touchstone.
