The Home Staging Association has launched a course for agents on how to dress and prepare properties for maximum effect when on the lettings or sales markets. 

The HSA claims staging is an exceptional marketing tool that can lift a property’s value by up to 10 per cent. 

The course involves a history of staging and its fundamentals, statistics on its effectiveness, guidance on preparing, pricing and marketing, how to find a professional home staging expert, and how to use staging as a marketing took to win clients and let or sell at the highest price. 

The HSA launched in 2018 as the trade body for the Home Staging professionals in both the UK and Ireland.

A statement from the association says: “We form that all-important link between the industry and its partners, suppliers and clients. Getting involved with our accredited courses will provide you with support, information, training and experience from our founding members who have 30 years of unmatched experience”
