The ESTAS Awards ceremony is traditionally held each May but no prizes for guessing why this year, as with 2020, things will be different

Now the industry’s most prestigious property awards will be held live in London on October 22 so to help firms make the most of their successes, ESTAS are revealing the shortlists in a series of virtual programmes during May.

The first shortlist – for agencies from East of England, East Midlands, London, North East – was revealed last Friday and more will be revealed over the rest of this month.

Simon Brown, the founder of ESTAS Group, explains: “We know how much it means to make it onto The ESTAS Shortlist each year. It’s the culmination of 12 months of hard work by property teams striving to deliver exceptional service to their clients and never has that been more important than over the last year.

“So this year for the first time we wanted to give firms the chance to gather their teams and watch the shortlists be unveiled and celebrate if they are named. Every shortlisted firm will receive an ESTAS shortlist promo pack so they can market their success – as one of the top property firms in the UK – over the next five months before the winners are revealed in the Autumn.”

The remaining shortlist schedule is:

Friday 14th May at 4pm – Agency regional shortlists for Northern Ireland, North West, South East, Southern

Friday 21st May at 4pm – Agency regional shortlists for South West, Scotland, Wales, West Midlands, Yorkshire

Friday 28th May at 4pm – Conveyancer & Broker regional shortlists, National Group Awards, People Awards, Supplier Awards

The ESTAS Customer Service Awards are powered by the ESTAS customer review platform which rates agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers on the level of service they deliver through the home moving experience. ESTAS reviews are completed at the end of the transaction and verified to ensure they are genuine reviews.

Suppliers are also reviewed by their own clients (agents, conveyancers and brokers).
