Hunters – now subsumed into The Property Franchise Group – has opened a new branch in Bicester.

The new branch follows a franchise agreement with Michael Crouch Estate Agents which has been operating since 1991 specialises in residential sales.

Hunters now has a network of over 200 branches nationwide, with services covering residential sales, lettings, buy-to-let and investment, residential block management, land and new homes, franchising and other property related services.

Michael Crouch of Hunters Bicester says: “With the support that Hunters are able provide in the key areas of marketing, technology and training we believe we can now offer unrivalled benefits to existing and prospective customers.

“Hunters’ adaptability and pivoting towards digital services has been particularly impressive during this period of lockdown and reflects a business that puts service and customers first regardless of shifting market conditions.”

Glynis Frew, Hunters chief executive, comments: “Our franchise proposition allows our agents to focus on what they do best and continue to deliver exceptional customer service. This is another example of the industry leading technology, innovation and training that franchisees can have access to by joining the Hunters network.

“Our recent merger with The Property Franchise Group has created the UK’s largest franchise network, providing a wealth of potential new opportunities for those who might be considering the next step for their own business.

“The combination of great local knowledge from our franchise partners backed up by a strong national brand adds real value for our customers.”
