Helping those in the private rental sector understand the latest changes to regulations due to Covid-19 is one of the aims of a Worcestershire online Landlords’ Forum.

The free event is open to all letting agents and landlords in the county and is being held on Tuesday June 8 at 2pm.

It is being organised by the six district councils along with the National Residential Landlords Association.

It will offer expert advice on the latest changes to legislation and explain all the options open to landlords to get the best outcomes for them and their tenants.

A spokesperson for one of the local authorities involved, Wychavon council, says: ā€œThere have been many changes in regulations in the rental sector over the past year as a result of the pandemic.

“The Landlords’ Forum event is a great opportunity for landlords and letting agents to learn about the changes and receive expert insights into a number of different topics, all for freeā€.
