Two well known PropTech providers to the lettings sector have announced they have now fully integrated their technology, meaning users of Vouch and Goodlord can access a pooled range of lettings software and services.
Vouch offers fixed-cost digital referencing, while Goodlord has a range of commission-based revenue streams, many around home moving as well as rent protection and legal expenses insurance.
Vouch was founded in 2017 by Simon and Jaime Tillyer, former letting agents with over 15 years experience. It became part of the Goodlord group in July 2020.
Simon Tillyer, managing director of Vouch, says: “Joining the Goodlord Group has been highly beneficial to the Vouch team and our customers. We once considered building the additional services Goodlord offers into our offering at Vouch, but quickly realised that it’s better to team up with the best instead of trying to compete against them.”
And Goodlord chief executive William Reeve adds: “This integration was driven by the desire to offer agents more flexibility and choice when it comes to their referencing strategy. It brings more options to the table, meaning agents can select the right combination of features for them and enables everyone to bring together the lowest prices with the best end-to-end experience.”
