Principle Estate Management has won another major contract – completing the firm’s transformation from little more than a one man band in 2018 to a team of 35f looking after a portfolio of 8,000 units in 300 schemes across the UK.

The latest contract is to look after a new development of 36 luxury apartments under construction in the agency’s home city of Birmingham.

During the construction period Principle has been advising on the structure of leases, the apportionment and level of service charges and advising on design.

Joe Jobson, director at Principle, says: “Over the course of the next 12 months, Principle Estate Management is set for expansive growth.”

The company was launched in 2018.
