Referencing provider RentProfile has partnered with Dezrez to provide an integration allowing agents to request checks within the Rezi software platform.

Dezrez provides cloud-based, API-driven estate agency software to some 20,000 sales and lettings agents. 

Meanwhile RentProfile claims that its checks that are completed five times faster than traditional referencing services – an average completion time of up to three hours from when the renter starts their application. 

 

After opening RentProfile in their Rezi account, agents will now be able to request a referencing check by turning a switch for each tenant. Agents can then see live updates of the tenant’s progress throughout, with status updates including: awaiting the renter’s signup, waiting on ID, athrough to completion. Once the report has been generated the agent can view it in Rezi.
