The Letting Partnership has been recognised for its excellence in Innovation, winning the Queen’s Award for Enterprise.

The supplier’s HealthChecks are widely recognised and accepted as an alternative to conventional audits and used by letting agencies around the country.

Jenny Markham, managing director and founder, says: “Being honoured with The Queen’s Award for Enterprise is the proudest moment in the ‘life’ of The Letting Partnership.

“Receiving this award recognises and endorses the achievement of building, from concept to reality, a company that delivers ‘second-to-none’ services to letting agents, their landlords and tenants.

“But just as importantly, it will raise standards and hopefully have a positive impact on the public’s perception of the lettings industry as a whole.”

The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise are the most prestigious business awards in the country, awarded for outstanding achievement by UK businesses in a variety of categories.

There are only 205 organisations to be recognised with the award.
