An existing Belvoir franchisee in the Midlands has purchased two additional offices in Manchester.

Sharanjit Gill of Belvoir Leicester Central now owns Belvoir Manchester Central and co-owns Belvoir Chorlton and Cheadle with family member Kamie Uppal.

“I have run Belvoir Leicester Central for seven and a half years now” explains Gill.

“I am very proud of everything we have achieved during this time. Our superbly diverse team offer outstanding customer service and marketing skills that have resulted in us winning many prestigious Belvoir and national industry awards over the years. I am now looking forward to implementing the same award-winning strategies and processes at the Belvoir Manchester Central office to make this office equally as successful as Leicester Central.

“… Belvoir Manchester Central already has quite a large team, and some staff members have been there for over ten years. However, I am now looking to expand the team by recruiting some top class, experienced property personnel … As the country comes out of the pandemic we look forward to welcoming existing and new clients and providing them with our gold-standard lettings and estate agency services.”

Uppal adds: “This is a very exciting career change for me …  As a landlord myself, and someone who is very familiar with this area, I really welcome this opportunity to develop the lettings side of the business and importantly, to build on our estate agency services. I am currently busy contacting landlords and tenants to introduce myself and to assure them of my determination to look after their properties going forward.”
