Agents should go further in allowing tenants to have digital access to key documents such as contracts and fees information.

That’s one of the tips for agents offered in a video interview by Charles Brecque of legal tech company Legislate. The company is new – founded in Oxford just last year – which marries technical and legal expertise as a service to letting agents.

Brecque tells Letting Agent Today’s Chris Buckler that with such a raft of fast-changing regulations and legislation now surrounding the private rental sector, it’s vital that agents stay up to date and make it clear to their tenants that they are ‘across’ latest government rules.
