The ESTAS has announced another partner for its awards ceremony later this month.

It’s customer rewards service Vaboo, which will be presenting some of the lettings awards.

ESTAS founder Simon Brown says: “The ESTAS Awards are unique in that winners are selected purely on the service ratings submitted by customers when they complete an ESTAS customer review.”

The ESTAS Forum & Awards 2021 describes itself as “a landmark event for the property sector as agents, conveyancers and brokers gather under one roof for the first time” since the pandemic.

Vaboo chief executive Jonathan Stein adds: “Winning new business is about providing maximum added value. The importance of customer care, in particular during the last 18 months of the pandemic, has never been more critical and valuable.”

As usual the event later this month will be led by TV property expert Phil Spencer. He says: “I think being part of the ESTAS community says a great deal about a property firm; it sends a clear signal that they care about their reputation and they care about their customers.”
