Residential wing of commercial firm snapped up by growing agency


Henry Adams Lettings has acquired Country & Coastal Lettings, a small independent in Hampshire. 

Ian Wiggett, chief executive of Henry Adams, says: “This marks our latest acquisition in recent years as we look to continue to grow the company, both organically and through mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures with reputable companies such as Country & Coastal. 

“We are looking forward to working with our new landlord clients and tenants and, together with Samantha Hazle and the team at Country & Coastal, we’re working hard behind the scenes to make sure the transition is as seamless as possible for our clients.  We are also pleased to welcome two new members of staff from the Country & Coastal team.”

Hazle, who acquired Country & Coastal Lettings in 2015, adds: “Although it was not an easy decision to leave Country and Coastal behind, it was made much easier knowing I would be handing it over to Henry Adams who share the same high standards, who put their clients first and ensure both their landlords and tenants receive the very best customer service available. 

 

 

“It was also very important to me to choose a local independent estate agent with many years of experience behind them. I have every confidence that our landlords and tenants will be delighted with Henry Adam’s continuation of what Country and Coastal have strived so hard to achieve over the years.”

As well as a team of lettings and holiday lets specialists, Henry Adams also has in-house property managers and offers consultancy on planning, land and development, new homes, residential sales, agricultural, commercial and fine art auctions.
