Investors flock to first one-to-one show since before pandemic

Todays other news

Some 4,500 people and 90 exhibitors attended the Property Investor Show a few days ago – the first face-to-face event of its kind since before the pandemic.

Nick Clark, managing director of event organiser Property Investor Media, comments: “Ongoing Covid restrictions effectively stopped our international clients from taking part again this year but this didn’t deter over 4,500 visitors from attending the show. In fact, the show recorded its highest visitor to exhibitor ratio in over five years.”

He says the next edition of the show will be one April 1 and 2, 2022.

Simon Zutshi, founder of Property Investors Network, an exhibitor, adds about this month’s event: “Since 2004 I have exhibited and spoken at virtually every edition of this show. It was great to be able to step away from the Zoom environment and engage with visitors and other business partners face-to-face again. We’re delighted with the visitor turnout and the volume and quality of leads we received.”

“The show went very well. We were non-=stop over both days and we made real sales at the show itself. We’ve got a mountain of leads to sift through back at the office now” says Samantha Jones, marketing director at Knight Knox.

“It’s smashing to have The Property Investor Show back for an in-person event. I met-up with so many old friends and made many new ones. There’s nothing like if in our industry and I’m so relieved that face to face networking is back, big and bold, so that we can all begin to get back to doing proper business again” states Ranjan Bhattacharya, founder of Succeed in Property.
