ARLA Conference: Jabs or Covid tests mandatory if you want to attend

ARLA has made it clear to attendees at next month’s Propertymark Conference and Exhibition in London that they must show proof of double vaccination to gain entry, or have evidence of Covid-19 antibodies or the result of a recent negative lateral flow test.

The event is being held on Tuesday December 7 at ExCel London - and the venue has a policy of permitting entry only to those with evidence of being Covid-free.

A statement from Propertymark says: “Proof of double vaccination, UK-based visitors can use their NHS COVID-19 Pass on a mobile phone and for international visitors, the equivalent from their country of origin. *Alternatively, COVID-19 antibodies or negative lateral flow test (within the last 48 hours) will be required to gain entry.”

The only exemptions will be those permitted under NHS guidance.

ARLA’s statement, made in the form of emails to known attendees, continues: “If you have made a booking on behalf of your colleagues, could you please share this email with them, so they are aware of the policy.”

Final attendance instructions will be sent out on November 30.
