The live launch of a roundtable event hosted by rental payments platform PayProp takes place tomorrow – and letting agents can still sign up to attend.
Attendees of the webinar and live Q&A session will be shown a condensed version of the lively debate, before having the chance to pose questions to participants in a Q&A format.
The panel – a who’s who of the lettings industry – includes Propertymark’s chief executive Nathan Emerson, Channel 5 star Paul Shamplina, James Munro and Emma Cooke from the National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agency Team (NTSELAT), Kristjan Byfield from base property specialists, Sally Lawson and Kate Gregory from Agent Rainmaker and PayProp’s own Neil Cobbold.
The roundtable itself was moderated by Letting Agent Today editor, Graham Norwood.
Some major points of discussion during the roundtable event included how letting agents can improve their reputation – and why such a negative perception of this profession exists in the first place.
In addition, the role technology has to play in compliance and how the industry can work together after Covid to improve consumer confidence and transparency were other key areas of debate.
To attend the event, you simply need to sign up to register here. To access the event on the day, just click the link sent to your email address.
PayProp will later be releasing a PDF report on the key findings from the roundtable.
