Chancellors Estate Agents is opening its 57th branch early in the New Yesr.

The office is in central Basingstoke and will offer lettings, property management, sales, land and new homes.

To celebrate the opening on January 7, Chancellors is offering zero per cent commission to the first 150 homeowners who instruct the company to sell their property as well as offering the first 50 customers who instruct Chancellors to let their property will receive zero per cent lettings and property management fees for the first six months of their tenancy.

Robert Scott-Lee, managing director of the Chancellors group, says: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be launching Chancellors Basingstoke in 2022. The group is well positioned to bring our services to this new market after a positive 2021. 

“We’re starting to build up our network in Hampshire, as our new Basingstoke office will be the second branch in the county, joining our Fleet office. This is a real opportunity to engage with the communities throughout the areas that we cover in Hampshire and Berkshire to the north, and to offer our award-winning property services to Basingstoke residents.”

Chancellors Basingstoke will cover the surrounding areas of Andwell, Bagmore, Broadmere, Chineham, Cliddesden, Hook, Oakley, Old Basing, Sherborne, Sherfield, Upper Wootton, and Wootton St Lawrence.
