Michael Smith, Head of Propertymark Qualifications comments: “This year’s candidates have shown incredible determination to succeed over what has been a challenging year for many of us, whether personal or professional. Despite the effects of the pandemic, lockdowns, and furlough more than 2,300 learners have completed a qualification since we last gathered with over 12,000 signing up for one.

"In addition, we have seen over 270 apprentices register for their end point assessment and over ninety remote apprenticeship assessments conducted since we launched the service in July 2020.

"I am very proud to see such an appetite for professional development within the sector and it was wonderful to be able to celebrate and recognise the success of our learners in person again.”
