Perhaps few letting agents consider giving anything like rewards to tenants, but if they did there might be a case for increasing fees to landlords.

That’s the view of Jonathan Stein, the chief executive of Vaboo: that’s a supplier that offers incentives for tenants, administered by agents or landlords. 

In this short video interview, Stein explains how this is just one way of agents offering maximum value to landlords and renters alike: this would allow agents in particular to be less defensive about their charges and approach to consumers.
